What we collect
- Account: email, display name, org membership.
- Session + device: plugin version, UE version, OS, device hash.
- Billing: billing email, Stripe customer id, invoice history.
- Conversational: prompts, tool inputs, tool outputs you explicitly consent to share.
- Telemetry: only if you opt in.
What we do not do
- We do not train any AI model on your prompts, outputs, or Blueprint content.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not retain full project files — only the content your agent actively reads during a run.
Subprocessors
The current subprocessor list is published at Trust. We notify customers in advance of any changes.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection rights are honored for all users regardless of jurisdiction. Request through legal@blueprintproai.app.
Children
The service is not intended for users under 16.
