Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or installing the BlueprintPro AI plugin you agree to these Terms.

2. Your content and outputs

You own the prompts you submit and the outputs BlueprintPro AI generates for you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them as necessary to provide the service, solely for that purpose. We do not train any model on your prompts, outputs, or project files, and we forbid our model providers from doing so.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BlueprintPro AI to generate malware, circumvent DRM, violate third-party rights, or harass others. Full policy at Acceptable Use.

4. Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Credits included with a plan reset monthly; credits purchased as packs never expire. Refunds follow the policy at Refund policy.

5. Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". We limit our liability to the greater of 12 months of fees you paid or $1,000. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Governing law

Pending jurisdiction selection. See open questions.

7. Changes

We will notify registered users at least 30 days before material changes to these Terms.
